Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mail boxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, configure mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your email accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mails according to certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just specify the electronic mail account you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
